Hot water was not coming, the toilet flush didn’t work, towels were missing for one day, and staff were not available at the counter. They didn’t listen to any of the problems, making it the worst experience overall.

I was looking for a budget‑friendly spot for a quick layover, and this place nailed it. I was shocked at how clean the room was—no ‘old hotel’ smell and the linens were crisp. The Wi‑Fi was fast enough for a video call. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town on a budget.
