They cleaned every day, breakfasts were tasty, staff were polite. The hotel is old and hardly maintained. The kids’ room and gym are in disrepair, the pool is clean but the surrounding area is in ruins (broken roof, etc.). The grounds are destroyed and unkept, with a broken fountain.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to resolve an issue for me, which I truly appreciated—thanks. The hotel sits right next to a massive shopping mall.
