Except for the close proximity to the sea, nothing else was good; too many things went wrong. The place was dirty and felt like a scam. Upon arrival, a guy was “installing” a toilet. The fridge was supposedly new and still had the securing material inside, yet the freezer contained frozen rotten food. Cockroaches were running in the kitchen, and there was a 1 cm layer of dust under the beds in the bedroom—supposedly they had “painted” a few days ago, but I’ve painted many times in my life, and if there’s a 1 cm layer of dust exactly under the bad, it’s obvious. We left the same day, never looked back, and still haven’t received any refund. The service was terrible and the scheme involved dealing with an intermediary company that clearly tries to shield the owners from travelers. The owners claim they are “renovating,” which is why some things are not “ideal.” I read the same excuse in a review from two years ago. I highly recommend AVOIDING this place AT ALL COSTS; it’s a scam that expects you to book and then run away the first moment you see a cockroach. It’s not a business model one should be proud of, but perhaps it works here.

There were no breakfast, but the location was excellent. The place is just a bit of a middle‑ground.

The apartment looks like the picture, is close to the square where shops and restaurants are, and the city beach is also nearby; a 10‑minute walk takes you to the Mina beach. The kitchen has enough dishes. The host is very friendly and promptly supplies anything missing. Towels and bedding were changed on request, so everything was fine. Parking is in front of the apartment. One morning the hosts painted the parking spots and didn’t warn me that the paint was still wet, so it stuck to my car when I started parking.
