I stayed alone for one night over a weekend, and the location and the idyllic setup were unbeatable; I felt undisturbed the whole time. I met only one staff member, who was very friendly. The booking sent me access info upfront, so I didn’t have to talk to anyone at reception and could enter my room relaxed and pressure‑free. The only downside was that the door code was given to me over the phone in a mnemonic that I didn’t understand at first—awkward but not a big deal, giving me an 8.0/10.

The spot is great, close to public transport and the Isar River walk, but the owners keep multiple dogs inside that roam the breakfast area, producing a strong dog‑urine smell; the carpets are old and filthy, and there’s no 5‑second rule, so I only rate it a 6.0/10.
