Saigon Amigo Hotel

“Hideous.”

The manager gave three of our rooms to someone else and had no rooms left for me and my three companions, so we moved to the Beautiful hotel just four or five doors away. Three of us stayed at the Amigo and paid, yet I was billed for the accommodation and it looks like the manager was paid twice for the same rooms. Booking from Australia was extremely difficult because of poor English interpretation. My companions and I will never return to that establishment again, even though we’ve stayed there many times over the last 12 to 15 years.

The staff were very professional and friendly! Everything was perfect! The room was clean! They even helped us carry our luggage to the taxi for departure! Thank you to them!!!

“部屋の案内間違えさえなければ最高のホテル”

The daytime staff were very kind and reassuring. The balcony room was very comfortable, especially with the beautiful view from the window. The location was great for walking to lovely cafés, restaurants, and a park. The neighboring restaurant was very stylish and the coffee was delicious; I’ve attached photos. I arrived at 11 pm, and the shutters were closed, making it hard to see the room. A staff mix‑up sent me to the wrong room, which was very disappointing, but they quickly realized the mistake and apologized.
