The manager, Mr Paolo, was caring, friendly, and very professional. The only issue was the lack of a few extra pillows and the non‑existent non‑slip mat.

The rooms were nice and tidy, Paolo was really kind, and a supermarket plus a few nice coffee shops were nearby.

“MERAVIGLIOSO”

I was amazed by Paolo!! A great man with exemplary kindness, the epitome of hospitality for me. He welcomed me with open arms, sent me a small message every day, and arranged daily cleaning exactly as he promised, ensuring the comfort of his guests. I was happy to meet him and if I return to Faenza I will go to him without hesitation!!! What a wonderful man. At check‑out he noticed my huge suitcase and immediately escorted me himself to the station! That's something you don't see anymore. Thank you, Paolo, for your profound kindness and I will never forget you because you are a rare person with a heart on your hand. I was very good!!
