The experience was terrible and I strongly advise against staying here. From check‑in onward, there was no staff on site, so I had to talk to a very rude and disrespectful operator. When I messaged the property, only a single automated reply came back that didn’t help at all. The instructions for getting the key were poorly explained, and the door system was annoying – every time someone entered or left, a loud drill‑like noise erupted because of the keypad entry, which was especially bothersome since my room was right next to the door. The room’s own keypad system was similarly inconvenient. We paid a €10 tourist tax, yet no cleaning service or towel change was provided. The air‑conditioner didn’t produce hot air. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable, and there was no helpful person to ask for assistance – the chat was useless and the operator was extremely unpleasant and ill‑mannered.

The location was convenient for my work, and the house was very clean. However, the check‑in system was incredibly complicated, relying on a portal that sometimes failed, forcing me to repeat the process multiple times. The phone number on the entrance plaque was inactive, so I had to call the number listed on Booking to speak with an operator. It took me 40 minutes to get inside. I ended up leaving early and still had to contact the property to confirm where to leave the key. Breakfast was not available.

“poteva essere meglio”

The area was quiet, parking was easy to find, and the room was spacious. Unfortunately, the reservation included breakfast, but we found nothing and were not informed of any bar partnership. The staff answering the phone were friendly, but the access process was extremely difficult: documents were loaded, then they claimed they had received them, only to say they were illegible. In the end, it took 40 minutes to get into the room! They were also inflexible with check‑in times. We ended up paying the tourist tax twice, and the apartment’s shared kitchen (where we expected brioche and coffee pods) had a broken shower near the toilet, and the cleaning could have been more thorough.
