The location and room facilities were excellent, but the food was only average.

The structure was beautiful and clean, most staff were kind even though many didn’t speak English. However, there were several shortcomings that didn’t match the price paid: we arrived at the pool and there were no towels; we waited about twenty minutes for a poolside barista, there was no menu and we ended up paying 25 euros for two drinks; the Turkish bath was closed and only two people were inside; only a few staff spoke good English; and the safari was heavily overpriced compared to the official government website.

I appreciated that the hotel used local materials and had good horticulture, and the local handcraft stalls were very good, but overall we liked it.
