Spotless place, owner super friendly and helpful. Top floor, so it got hot, but we had the AC on a few times. Walking to Lienz’s main square takes about ten minutes, which was perfect. No complaints at all.

Nice, helpful owners, everything exactly as shown. The only downside was the traffic on the street opposite the balcony.

The landlords were great, the flat was roomy with plenty of storage—two wardrobes, a fully equipped kitchen, two TVs, and two balconies that catch the sun at different times. Ten minutes to Lienz’s main square. The only thing I wish I’d known was…

Excellent location, very friendly hosts, clean apartment with everything you need for a 12‑day stay, good value. Highly recommend—nothing to complain about.
