The windows are ventilated and have screens, but the wooden steps and balcony need a bit of repair—there are holes where a chair leg could get stuck. The coffee prep counter is tiny and barely enough for cutting anything.

The beach location is great and the room size gives good value for money. However, there are no nearby places to eat after dark on a mid‑week night. The room looked clean, yet the floor had heavy stains in odd colours that made walking barefoot uncomfortable. (This was a family room.)

The place is clean and the location is excellent, right across from the bowls club. The family room, however, only fits 2 adults and 1 child, which is misleading given its title.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot near the wedding we attended. The shower leaked onto the tiled floor and there were no coathangers.
