Location. Renovations taking place at hotel. Scaffolding and painting on our balcony drilling below us at night. Not cleaned around pool /sunbeds. We were moved to upgraded place after 2 days but had to have a ground ground floor room which was very dark on terrace. Offered better room on top floor which we had to decline as no lift. Husband has leg problem
The staff were very courteous and helpful, and the hotel’s location is excellent. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience — I would be happy to visit again
“Awesome resort and a lovely stay”
The breakfast was awesome, the swimming pool facilities were wonderful, and the staff were cheerful and cooperative, though the hotel should provide bathroom slippers.

Very friendly staff and an ideal spot for exploring Calangute. Nice Indian and continental breakfast options. A bit noisy by the road if you’re in a room on that side of the building; there were some pests in the room, but if it bothered us more the staff would have tried to swap us. They were very friendly and hospitable.
The location and amenities were great, but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly until I pointed it out, after which it was fixed.
