I’d highly recommend it – check‑in was a breeze, the staff were super attentive, and everything was spotless. The spot is great, just a 15‑minute walk to Mareta beach, and parking works well. The bed was ultra‑comfortable and the room was big and pleasant. All good.

The shared areas are really useful, especially since we often cook our own lunch, so having a kitchen is handy. I expected a shared washing machine because it’s a beach spot, but our stay was short.

Our stay at Local Guest House was very pleasant. The accommodation matched the listing exactly, with no surprises. The bed was comfortable and everything was fine for a few days. It’s also very well located for going to the beach, which is convenient if you want to enjoy the area without traveling far. Overall, everything was good and it’s a recommended option for a simple and comfortable stay.

I felt right at home during my stay: the bed was comfy, the room was spacious and spotless, Wi‑Fi worked smoothly, the blinds were easy to use and blocked out light well at night, and the local vibe was unmistakable. Highly recommend!
