The room and bathroom were huge, complete with an indoor sauna and hydro massage, but the breakfast felt like supermarket junk; I’d suggest adding tea, herbal tea or coffee options and removing the basket from the table, rather than giving it to the staff.
We stayed in the Elisabetta suite—comfortable, spotless, fully equipped, with a private sauna and jacuzzi in a huge bathroom I’d never seen before! The shared kitchen was well stocked and the recreation area was spacious. It’s tucked in quiet countryside, which is a bonus. However, many details outside the suite were neglected: the property’s exterior needs work, as it’s part of an unused farm estate; the kitchen and common areas suffer from damp, possibly due to poor airflow or minor water leaks in the walls. Clearly extra investment is needed, and I hope the owners act on these customer insights to improve.
