The staff were attentive, but a horrible sewage smell in the bathroom was unbearable and filled the whole room.

“Agradável.”

The view of the mountains was nice, the room was comfortable but would benefit from bedside tables and rugs, the restaurant had good quality and the cellar tour was very informative thanks to the excellent guide. The shower was terrible, with low water pressure and hard to set the temperature, plus a strong pipe odor that needs fixing.

“Impecável!”

Impeccable! Whenever we left for dinner or a stroll we returned to the room and there was always a replenishment of teas, coffees, chocolates waiting for us and everything was very clean and organized. We needed to check out early and the day before they prepared coffee for us and packed the items we liked the most. Careful in every detail!! I told them I had forgotten an orthodontic appliance in downtown Mendoza and would ask the driver to pick it up before taking us to the airport. When I arrived at the accommodation they had already requested the driver. Extremely quick and careful. The restaurant is wonderful!

View of the mountain ranges. The staff treatment and breakfast were great. Nothing to complain about.
