The location was great and the room was spotlessly clean with fresh linens, and the staff were helpful. The price felt a bit high, but it matched other nearby hotels, and the booking, check‑in, and check‑out were straightforward. However, the beds were uncomfortably firm, the TV was broken even though we only stayed a few hours, and being on the top floor exposed us to the scorching Texas heat; the air conditioning seemed to run on low power and only cooled the room after we returned from our wedding. Additionally, the bathroom outlet kept tripping when I used my hair dryer, which made getting ready for a formal event stressful.

“Good.”

I couldn't use the washer because they had upgraded to a digital payment system and removed the old machines, which was frustrating for someone like me who prefers traditional methods and hates downloading apps.
