The hardware and facilities were good, the room was spacious, quiet and the environment nice, the pool was comfortable and not crowded; however, the assigned room had a poor view, was far from the entrance, the hot spring required extra payment, there were few surrounding amenities, getting to Taihu meant crossing a highway which was inconvenient, the price was high, there were limited family‑friendly facilities and the overall feel was a bit dated.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, where the check-in process took an unreasonably long time. Unfortunately, the location is quite isolated, with no nearby amenities or attractions to speak of. The prices were also quite steep, which added to my overall dissatisfaction. Despite this, the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, but the drawbacks far outweighed any positives.
