The room was beautiful and spacious in a nice building, ideally located in Livorno. Livorno pleasantly surprised us. Self‑check‑in was extremely clearly explained and easy. We could always contact the host. The only downside was the limited space to hang clothes, but the room was spacious enough to live from your suitcase.

The location is central and convenient for walking around Livorno city. The waterfront is fairly close for those who like to stroll, about 25/30 minutes to get there, or a few minutes by car. Parking is paid; there are no free spots, but both are close to the property. One is directly opposite the road, the other is a 3‑minute walk from the property. The room faces the street, very noisy even with the windows closed. The bathroom is a dead end and the room is not very spacious, which is useful if you just want a short stop.

The stay was fantastic: the room was clean and beautifully decorated, complete with a nice bathroom. Getting in touch with the host was straightforward and arranging everything was hassle‑free. The location was excellent, right near everything you’d need.

The spot is truly great, right in the heart of the city and just a few steps from the charming Mercato delle Vettovaglie, perfect for walking around. The room was very tidy, detailed and elegant, with pleasant and welcoming furnishings. We also liked the convenience of the self‑check‑in, simple and well organized. Another strong point was the help we received: the staff were extremely available and quick to support us with a question about the price shown on Booking. Although breakfast isn’t offered, there are plenty of bars and cafés nearby for an easy morning meal. Several paid parking spots are close by, and we found a space fairly easily. A cozy, elegant place in a strategic spot—highly recommended for a stay in Livorno.

We stayed in the De Chirico double room, tastefully furnished, with a very comfortable bed and pillows, and the location was great, allowing us to reach the city center on foot with ease. Parking in front of the property was available, though the fee was quite high if you stayed all day. Unfortunately, we must point out an issue that likely only concerns the room we used for three nights from 7 to 10 August. The room’s position, very close to the condominium’s main entrance and the building’s entrance, caused persistent and annoying noise whenever the doors opened or closed, preventing us from resting and sleeping peacefully.
