“Accoglienza e natura splendide ma gravissime carenze organizzative e nei servizi”
The lady who greets guests at the property has a rare kindness, an hospitality I rarely find elsewhere; I’d stay here for weeks just for that. The booking contact was also very friendly and helpful on the phone, coordinating arrival and check‑in. The property is surrounded by nature, a very quiet and pleasant spot, and there’s parking. The room and bathroom are spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The bathroom drain was broken, a problem the owners knew about. To drain water, I was told on the phone to stand between the bidet and the toilet seat (which was broken because a previous guest had to do the same, and the phone contact warned me to be careful). After standing on the bidet I had to manually open a small tap, causing continuous water flow that could only stop by standing again to close the tap. For a room that costs 100 euros a night, this was an unacceptable service failure, and I also found it unfair that no permanent fix or discount was offered. Despite the effort to arrange check‑in timing, I received no clear instructions on how to open/close the gate to leave the car independently. The booking contact on the phone didn’t know how it worked and had to call a relative to clarify and give me a response. They were very available, which I appreciated, but the whole issue caused a 15‑minute wait at the gate. I hope they can improve this. The room was quite noisy; at night I heard a lot of other guests returning or checking in.
