The reception team was incredibly welcoming and friendly; the location was convenient for what we needed, and having secure private parking was a major plus since we were driving; the room was clean and well maintained, making for a very pleasant stay overall. Breakfast could use a bit more variety, but that was a minor issue and we were still happy with our visit.

La ubicación y el personal fueron buenos, pero la habitación, especialmente el baño, me decepcionó. Estaba muy anticuado con baldosas rotas; fuera el hotel parece moderno, pero la habitación que nos asignaron era muuuy antigua.

I found the location to be great and the hotel functional enough. The staff were friendly and check‑in was a breeze. However, everything felt like a bare minimum – I stayed two nights and the Nespresso machine only had two capsules that weren’t refilled, the shower gel ran out, and breakfast was just adequate, nothing that made me say “that’s nice.”

The location was good, close to attractions and public transport. Staff were lovely, accommodating, welcoming and always ready to help. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We had stayed at another NH elsewhere and found breakfast here lacking – many egg options but no bacon in the hot section, no salad, limited fruit. They did cook bacon for an allergic guest, which was appreciated, but it would have been nice on the main buffet. The restaurant wasn’t open for dinner, and the bar’s small menu was inconvenient. The atrium‑style reception made noise travel from the bar to our third‑floor room, so the advertised “sound proof” claim didn’t hold up.
