Sisi and his family are very kind and helpful. They will assist with anything you need. Excellent breakfast and very handy to have the tuk tuk available. It is very novel being able to enter the property from the station platform. Close to the beach and plenty of food options nearby. Be aware the trains are noisy, you can ask for earplugs

The room was spectacular and the staff were impressive, always ready to help with anything. I’d recommend it 100% if you’re in the area.

It was perfect, with excellent service and a spacious room. We loved staying here. The breakfasts were very varied and plentiful. Nothing to complain about, everything was fine.

The location was exceptionally lucky, the hosts were polite and friendly, the place cozy and comfortable, and the breakfasts were unparalleled every day! The room was spacious, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the air‑conditioner kept the room cool nicely. The bed was huge and comfy. The owner was helpful and went out of his way with many requests. The ocean was literally a 4‑minute walk away. There are plenty of cafés and venues around. I recommend it to all budget travellers! On the downside, the cleaning only happened when requested; otherwise everything else was great.

This was my third visit and it was even more amazing! Sisi and his family work hard to improve the place and truly make it feel like home for guests. I’ll definitely come back every time I return to Sri Lanka ♥️. By the way… those beds… I often just wanted to stay in bed because they’re so comfy ♥️
