Breakfast was good, but there was no water in the room and the street noise was loud.

The room was large, but room service skipped my room and cleaned the neighbors even though I had a sign on the door.

After several (post‑hoc) invoice requests via booking and WhatsApp, I ultimately never received the bill even though it was promised. Very disappointing.
