The owner is very friendly and helpful. My room was simply furnished but had everything needed. The accommodation is not directly in the city center, yet all important places (restaurants, 7/11, scooter rental) are within walking distance. The rooms have poor sound insulation; my room was close to the street, so at night you could hear loud motorcycles clearly. I’m not sensitive, but others might be. I also heard my neighbors occasionally.

The staff were lovely and addressed every issue I had. In the early hours I was in a different room and the hot water didn’t work; they tried to fix it and realized a technician was needed, so they moved me to a more luxurious and slightly pricier room for the night. I loved the new room a lot more – it was spacious, had a nice balcony, a very comfortable room, a great shower, maximum privacy, and they brought many water bottles and coffee and tea as a gift. They did not change the linens or tidy the room while I was away, and there was no towel replacement.

The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was really good. The owner is a sweet woman; we accidentally left something in the room and she rode her motorcycle to bring it back to us. The location is relatively far from the center of PAI, and without a scooter it’s hard to move around, and the shower water was cold and a bit weak.

The place is just a 10‑minute walk to the city centre, and the front‑desk folks only show up at check‑in and check‑out but they’re really friendly. The design feels concrete, and you get instant coffee and tea in the room. Sheets are clean, and for the price it’s decent. I’d recommend it. On the downside, the room is very small, has no windows to open, and you can hear everything outside—though earplugs help. The air‑conditioning is a bit weak, and there’s no socket or lamp near the bed.

Everything worked out nicely. We could check in about an hour early, the room was spotless and had everything we needed. After we checked out, the reception lady was very kind and even handed us a couple of water bottles for the trip back.
