The building is near 5th Avenue but away from the area's chaos, with many local shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, and the rooftop pool is fairly clean; the linens could have been cleaner and overall cleanliness needs improvement.

The location was good.

The spot is very good and parking is free, but the view is just a wall opposite, and the air conditioning in our room was not very effective.

The spot was spot on, and the bed was spotless and super comfy. The parking was a hassle, and the tap water tasted awful—probably typical for Playa del Carmen.
