The spot is spot‑on and the front‑desk team is friendly and eager to help. Unfortunately my booking for apartment 515 vanished on arrival – the system said it was already taken from the previous guest, and the phone number listed for the owner was wrong, so I had to scramble and book another room at the desk. This mix‑up has nothing to do with the main hotel; the manager and staff were great, but I’d steer clear of that particular unit and hope the platform pulls it off the listings.
