A beautiful place. The staff treatment was horrible. There was no tableware, and they gave us a set with labels and stickers, asking us to wash and remove all the stickers ourselves. With the high price of the accommodation, it is unacceptable that the utensils are not ready to use. The price for the dogs is the most disproportionate I have ever seen. We were charged an additional 100€ for bringing two very small dogs. The app did not charge us for this, even though we had informed that we were bringing dogs, and the staff kept pushing us to do the Bizum transfer over and over, which was costly because their wifi was terrible and there was no coverage there. The staff treatment was stressful and tense, and their poor management (both the lack of tableware in the house and not charging for the dogs beforehand) took away a lot of our enjoyment.

The room’s size and area felt pointless, sorry. A lot of things were out of order, only one air‑con worked properly, the kitchen was old‑fashioned, there was a single bathroom for three bedrooms and one toilet, though there was another old toilet by the indoor pool. Cars weren’t allowed in the courtyard, but why? One dog cost €49, and they gave us a useless 50x50 cm mat plus a gavel when we paid that fee. The TV didn’t work properly, among other issues.

The tiny romantic suite with a pool was a fantastic, tranquil hideaway for a lovely night out. The road leading up is rural with potholes, so just drive carefully.

The only thing I can point out is that it’s big. Phew! There’s no microwave, no extractor hood, or even a beer opener—just a lot of unused space. The sofa in apartment 2 was moving, and now it’s broken. I would never stay here again.
