The staff’s advice and personal assistance were appreciated, yet the “accessible” room had a heavy door with a large threshold that made it hard to navigate in a wheelchair to the parking lot, which lacked an automatic push button. The bathroom had no grab bars outside the tub, though the toilet had several. The bed was so soft that we sank into it. The breakfast of reconstituted scrambled eggs with no pastry was disappointing.

Everything was clean and the location was great, but I noticed a missing body lotion that most hotels provide, and there was a strange smell between the dishwasher and the stove.

The hotel sat right in the middle of all the spots I wanted to hit, and I liked being able to work out and chill by the pool. The downside was the heavy footsteps from the floor above, especially late at night and at 4 am, which were pretty annoying. Aside from the sausages that were over‑cooked, the breakfast selection met my needs.

The place was spotless and well kept; I booked it at the last minute after my central air broke down on a scorching day, and it turned out better than I expected. It was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast and coffee bar were great, with good quality food and Chobani yogurt. No major complaints, though there were a few rowdy guests at breakfast, which isn’t unusual.
