Good spot with everything needed. Big, tasty breakfast. The host is very caring. The sea is 5 minutes away. The beach is deserted. Very beautiful view of sea and mountains. The only thing is better to have a car to avoid relying on transport.

A full score comes from many factors that, fortunately, all went well. The location is ideal as a base to visit the last stretch of the Ionian coast and the city of Reggio Calabria. The rooms are very well maintained and the shower is fantastic. The breakfast, sweet or savory, is truly varied, abundant, and excellent. The lady who runs the place is extremely kind and delicate, seemingly at a loss for how to pamper guests. The breakfast terrace has a view of Etna, and Taormina faces it, in the midst of a deep blue. The railway does not disturb, and at night the trains do not travel. Finally, but no less important, the internal closed parking is secured by a gate. It’s a pity we couldn’t stay longer than our two nights.

The host was very kind. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was fantastic—we got so much that we couldn’t finish everything. Fruit could be taken home. The beach was easily reachable on foot. The sand was pebbly, but the water was exceptionally clean. With a car, the EuroSpin supermarket is a few minutes away. The Wifi didn’t really work.
