The property turned out to be much farther from Hampi city and the main tourist spots than the listing claimed, and the distances listed were wrong, which misled me when booking. I had planned a two‑day stay based on that info, but after arriving I realized the real location made a second day impractical. With no cancellation or refund option, I had to leave after one night and lost the money for the remaining day. I reached out for help, but they couldn’t provide a reasonable solution or refund. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and the inaccurate distance details on the listing directly influenced my decision, so the property should be held accountable for publishing false information and for failing to resolve the issue.

“Stay was good”

While the rooms and premise of this hotel were pleasant, my overall experience was marred by subpar service and a few technical issues. The geyser in my room failed to provide sufficient hot water, which was a major inconvenience. Although the rooms themselves were comfortable, the service could use some improvement to match the standards of the accommodations.

“Value for money”

I was initially drawn to this hotel's proximity to the town and its serene green views, which made for a peaceful stay. The hotel's location was indeed a major plus, and I appreciated the calm atmosphere. However, I was slightly inconvenienced by the locked gate after 11 PM, although it was reassuring to know that help was just a phone call away.
