The ambience is pleasant and the staff are courteous and polite, but the breakfast buffet could use improvement.

The location is nice, but the hotel itself is decent while the staff’s attitude is disappointing. Some staff members were rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, and the treatment of guests could definitely be better. Good hospitality means making guests feel welcome and respected, which was missing during my stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer experience.

“If this had been my first stay at a Lalit I would never stay there again.”
The location is fine, but it didn’t feel like a Lalit at all. The property looks worn out, and housekeeping never dropped off extra towels or toiletries unless asked repeatedly. The club lounge was a waste of money; you wait an hour for a drink, and the food was limited to chicken and cheese balls. Breakfast was terrible, especially compared to other Lalit hotels I’ve stayed at. I didn’t enjoy the stay at all.
