The parking layout was designed to keep short walks even with large bags, and the larger bathroom was a pleasant surprise, but dim overhead lights made the nice room feel like a prison, we had a brief power outage, and despite booking months ahead I was stuck with a Queen bed that was comfortable but too small for my husband and me, with no alternatives offered.

I stayed in a spotless, quiet room and everything was perfect.

I booked two queen beds online and the process was smooth, but when I got to the hotel I only received one queen bed. I asked why the second wasn’t provided and was told it was optional and no other rooms were available, which left me disappointed. I’m not going back to any Candlewood again because it seems customers can choose two queens but the hotel decides what they actually get.

The location was close to where I needed to be, but the room had a strong odor and I had to spray air freshener to make it tolerable.
