“Insatisfeito”

The room that was given to me was not the one shown on the website, it was inferior. The air conditioner was dirty, a shower head was missing a valve, the shower itself was dirty, the toilet paper was of terrible quality, a bath towel was missing, and the lighting was poor.

I liked the parking, the coffee was very good, the cleanliness was excellent, and the bed was comfortable; nothing negative.

What was supposed to be a terrible stay turned out to be sensational; I arrived tired after a trip around 23:00, found the room occupied, and the front desk quickly resolved the issue, but the shower in the new room was faulty; I reported it again the next day and a new shower was installed; the property manager came to talk to me about the improvements and even listened to my suggestions.

Breakfast was good, the staff were excellent, and the location was decent but a bit far; the rooms, café lounge, and hall living room were great spaces, yet it’s a shame that the rooms only had a single LED lamp with low brightness, and there was a lack of face towels—only small bath towels were provided; on the last day I got a face towel after asking the maid, and the soap and toilet paper quality were also an issue.
