The place is more than wonderful—one of the most beautiful spots I've visited. Clean, comfortable, and safe, with staff who are incredibly helpful; thanks, Francesca. I stayed here and was impressed by the attention to detail, the décor, and the colors.

The setting and accommodation are very tasteful, and the staff used WhatsApp very effectively, making communication and service excellent. We loved the view of Villa Zaggara gardens and the easy access to Marina Grande and the historic center. The pool area, part of the Villa Zaggara gardens that the hotel borders, is magnificent—a real oasis in the center of Sorrento with everything within walking distance. However, the property borders the gardens of Villa Zaggara, and although it overlooks them, there is no direct access for guests; you must exit the property and walk about 4‑5 minutes before entering through the restaurant, which also applies to accessing the pool. It’s also important to note that if a function is held at Villa Zaggara, guests will not have access to the gardens or the pool that day.

Excellent. Nothing actually

Excellent location relative to the sea, old town, train and bus stations. Large room, cleanliness, terrace and balcony, all in greenery. The room has great equipment: hair dryer, kettle and coffee machine (coffee turns out wonderful). The minibar does not cool drinks at all, it would be good if it worked better, but it is not critical. Nearby are many restaurants and shops.
