The place is great because it’s away from crowds and close to Tibetan cafés to try local food. The Norbulingka Institute is just minutes away for a look at Tibetan culture, and the morning view of the Dhauladhar range is breathtaking. Staff respond quickly and fix any issues, and the service overall is good. Highly recommended. The only hiccup was that there wasn’t a guide in the room to show how to use things; I had to make a lot of calls, but the staff were very attentive and the problem was manageable.

The view from my terrace was stunning, and it was very quiet except for the Tibetan music playing all day— a bit repetitive and it started to disturb me after a while.

The place is beautiful, well‑maintained, and clean. We received an upgrade because it wasn’t the season, and they put us in a room on a high floor that felt like a house on a tree.
