The place is fantastic, right in the heart of town and a very short walk from the port, and the à la carte breakfast was amazing. The hotel is a historic building spread over many levels with a lot of steep stairs going both up and down, which could be challenging.

The accommodation was top draw, the location, staff, food and everything else were exceptional. We chose the top room, the view was great but the steps were a challenge, although the staff do carry your luggage up and down, not really a problem.

We were warmly welcomed and upgraded to a magnificent suite, making the stay magical on this beautiful island. The suite was very refined and the view of the port was superb.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and sitting on the terrace overlooking the port was the perfect start to the day. The hotel had great charm and originality, and the staff were efficient and friendly. I would stay again, but I’d choose a different room because the bathroom was down several steps in a cave‑like area and I was worried about falling.
