The location is convenient, close to the old town and parks, the place is spotless, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, parking is free, nearby grocery stores are handy, and the area is quiet and peaceful. It’s a good base for several KGP peaks. The only downside was the poor ventilation in the bathroom.

We were able to check in earlier than expected because of circumstances, which was very kind. The staff responded quickly to questions, the Wi‑Fi was good, the kitchen was well equipped, and the place was quiet. The room was very cold; the heating did nothing. It felt lifeless, and there were only two outdoor smoking chairs at the entrance—no other seating. When someone locked their room, the sound could be heard throughout the building. We couldn’t open the window because the smoke would drift into the room. The beds were under the window, and even with a closed window you’d feel the chill, so we slept poorly and left after one night. You can’t book a two‑night stay (you can’t even book one night). The kettle can’t be placed under the tap.

The room was spacious, with plenty of wardrobes and shelves for storage. The large bathroom also had a spot for cosmetics (a shelf under the shower—appreciated, as few people remember to add one). The beds were comfortable. The area was quiet. The shared kitchen was well equipped. Check‑in was contactless. The only issue was the lukewarm water, and a hair dryer would have been useful.

The location was good, everything was clean and comfortable. We slept in a room with three beds. We had 3+ pets: a dog and a cage of marine pigs. There was plenty of space. The shared kitchen was fairly large, so two people could cook there, which compensates for the lack of a kitchen in the room. I recommend it.
