The stay itself went fine. The problem came later: the host PETER emailed me accusing me of not returning the keys and demanding €120 compensation. Luckily I had a video clearly showing I had left them, so I could rebut and dismiss the claim. This experience left me extremely disappointed and angry. It felt like a wrongful attempt to get money after departure. I felt tricked and treated like a fool. Such conduct after an otherwise calm stay is unacceptable. I strongly advise documenting everything (especially key return) and being very careful with this host.

“Nice place to stay couple of nights”

Location is perfect, plenty of nice cafés nearby. Quite ok.

The structure is ultra‑central and convenient for any city move or airport transfer, the room is separated from the kitchenette and bathroom and is very spacious, very quiet. The dishes we used to make a hot tea were not well cleaned…

“We zijn na 1 nacht maar vertrokken.”

Despite being in the bustling city center, the place was surprisingly quiet. The interior was fairly complete, and the bathroom fixtures were new. However, the overall condition of the accommodation was poor; upon arrival, the air smelled musty, everything felt old and dirty, the windows were so grimy I half‑expected to see insects, and the bed was extremely narrow. We had booked for two nights but left after just one, heading to another hotel.
