Deidra and Dimetria were absolutely fantastic! The housekeeping, grounds, and maintenance teams were all very polite and respectful. The hotel was very quiet, which was exactly what I needed in the city, and the location was perfect. I’ll definitely book again! Breakfast, however, was disappointing – eggs were good, but there were no danishes and the mini muffins were cheap and terrible. Juice, coffee, and hazelnut creamer were fine, but there was only one type of creamer and the fruit selection was limited; bananas were green and the only fruit cut up was mixed fruit, which would have been better. Only one cereal was offered, so a Hampton would need more choices. The service staff were superb and hardworking.

The rooms were very nice and spacious, and the bathroom was really roomy. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the hotel was close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle.
