Personale accogliente, la seconda sera c' è stato un problema ma è stato risolto velocemente. Camera pulita con tutti i servizi, posizione un po' decentrata. Il proprietario aiuta ad organizzare gite nei dintorni.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and there was an elevator, but we couldn't see the mountain. The front‑desk staff were totally disconnected, glued to their phones, didn’t speak English, refused to use a translator, were not friendly, and didn’t mention that breakfast could be ordered. They sent us a polite message with contact numbers for questions, yet when I wrote back they never replied.

The staff were friendly and the location was pretty close to tourist spots. The room’s bathroom was blocked, and there was a lot of dampness.

The location was amazing, right next to the biggest park in Guilin and next to the best restaurant we ate at, very pretty and cheap! We Brazilians, five of us, and the owner of the neighboring hostel (Cyan Box Guest House) is Brazilian and very helpful. The hotel is great, the shower is good, the bed is good and comfortable, and the location is excellent. The walls have a few stains but nothing that interferes with the stay. Perfect cost‑benefit! Worth visiting the Seven Stars cave in the park next to the hotel. The only downside is a few small wall stains, but they don’t bother or hinder the stay.
