The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel's location was great. That's about all I can say, as there's nothing negative to report.

The girls at the reception were extremely friendly, vibrant, and kind. The room was excellent, and it was cleaned every day. Everything was great, except for the slightly weaker air conditioning, but that was still manageable.

I immediately asked for a different room, but there wasn't one available. The receptionist told me that I would still have to pay for the entire 3-night booking if I cancelled. The next morning, I was woken up at 8 am by a phone call informing me that there were no other rooms available.
