The hotel is close to BKK and Central, making travel easy, but there's no TV and no fridge in the room.

The hotel is near the bus terminal and within walking distance of sights, clean, and offers bottled water, yet the area is noisy, the staff don't speak English (a Thai guest had to translate), and we were left in front of a keypad box at night because the staff never explained how to open the doors.

The room didn't match the picture and the blanket was thin like paper.

The location is good and the staff are helpful, but it's very noisy; early in the morning at 6 am the staff tell jokes, and there were construction works at 10 am.
