My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere they created. The front office staff were particularly impressive, always ready to lend a helping hand and make us feel at home. However, the buffet dinner was a bit of a letdown, as they stuck to the same menu throughout our stay.

I was a bit taken aback by the hotel's location, which is situated in a rather remote area with dirt roads. To make matters worse, they don't accept credit cards, despite what their website claims. The only redeeming quality was the staff's willingness to help, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to make up for the hotel's shortcomings.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a few issues. To begin with, they didn't provide water bottles, which was a bit of a surprise. Additionally, there was only one functioning lift, which made it quite time-consuming to get to our room.

I was pleased to find that the hotel was located in a great spot, with neat and tidy rooms to match. However, the toilet in our room wasn't working properly, which was a bit of a nuisance.
