I only stayed one night after my ORD flight was canceled and every nearby hotel was fully booked, so I took a $75 Uber to this place just for a clean pillow and it lived up to that. The room was spotless, the bed was comfy, I got water from the vending machine (a bit pricey), showered, slept, and headed back to the airport the next morning. However, I was shocked to find the kitchen completely empty—no cups, spoons, towels, or even a coffee maker; just a fridge that was on, a bar of soap, two towels, and the bed made with linens. It felt overly stripped down, which was fine for a long‑term stay but not for a single night.

I booked and paid for the room, but when I arrived at 4:00 a.m. they wouldn't let me in, so I couldn't stay at the hotel I had already reserved and paid for.
