Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
Breakfast offered a good selection; there’s something for everyone. The staff were friendly. We appreciated their own parking lot, even though some guests took two spots with improper parking. The location is close to the city center, the spa, and the hotel’s wellness facilities—pool, sauna, whirlpool. The hot water in the room, however, took a long time to warm up before it started flowing.

The shower area was neglected, with cracks and a drain. The TV didn’t work, and the cable connection was missing. There was only one outlet near the door, and none on the wall near the beds.

The location is excellent, all staff are very friendly and accommodating, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you for a pleasant time at this establishment. :)

I was completely satisfied.
