We never got the entry key, so we couldn't stay there—no communication at all, and we were left stranded with two young kids in a mosquito‑infested area.

The spot is convenient for reaching the parking where we leave our car when we depart from MXP, but the description mentioned a private free parking while in reality we had to park on the street, not even close enough, and had to unload and reload our luggage to avoid theft; additionally the sheets were stained.

We arrived at night and saw very little, but the next morning nothing was running in the kitchenette and there were no breakfast items, even though breakfast was included in the price.
