Everything without exception 🤗 Great food, courteous staff. Views, pools, everything is super 🤗. The smells in the room from the kitchen… you need to work on ventilation. Or we should choose a different room 😉

“Bel endroit, mais perfectible sur les prestations.”

A very nice quiet place with outdoor and indoor pools, a large relaxation garden, activities (badminton, ping pong). Several departures for bike tours and hikes, but you’ll need a car to get close to the departures. Fantastic breakfast buffet with everything: fruit, vegetables, cold cuts, hot dishes. Ski & resort? Resort, yes, but for skiing, you need to know that a shuttle will take you to the nearest station, located in the Czech Republic, so it’s not right on the slopes! For those not on half-board, the menu is quite limited and if you stay several days you’ll end up eating the same thing often. I also suggested they offer a daily special (from the half-board). Another issue: a sign should be installed at the jacuzzi to restrict or forbid toddlers, because too many parents use that pool as a kids’ pool! No spa treatments in the afternoon during the whole month of July, not cool!

“Chyběli maličkosti k tomu ady mohlo být hodnocení s výsledkem dokonalý. Nicméně jak vybavení pokojů tak i personál bylo”

The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and was well equipped, but the water in my room was only lukewarm and, unlike other places I've stayed at, the wellness area didn't provide sheets for the sauna.
