Everything was great, we stayed for a baseball tournament but couldn't use the amenities we wanted; otherwise, nothing to dislike.

The amenities were great, the place stayed clean, and the staff were friendly, but I didn’t like that the outdoor slides stayed closed and that only two lifeguards were on duty at the indoor pool, which meant only part of the indoor slides were open.

The facility was awesome with plenty to do, but the outdoor pool wasn’t heated as advertised and the check‑in process should have explained the available activities; we only found out as we went.

It’s a bit pricey, and the slides stayed closed on the first day and only opened at 11 on the second, which was disappointing; the staff were very nice and I loved the room.
