“Needs a lot of improvement in terms of hygiene cleaning and maintaining areas up to the standard”
I liked the hotel’s location and the breakfast was nice, and some staff—especially Santosh and Mustafa—were very friendly and kind. The cleanliness, however, was clearly below standard; several areas of the hotel looked very dirty, even my room’s bathroom wasn’t clean. The taps didn’t work, and there’s a lot of room for improvement in hygiene. A few staff members seemed unhappy and frustrated. I hope they focus more on cleanliness and hygiene.
