Top location, plenty of nearby shopping malls, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and clean.

The spot is great—far enough from Shibuya station to avoid the bustle yet close enough to walk. The rooms feel a bit old‑fashioned yet have all the basics. On days we didn’t want housekeeping, we’d prefer a sign on the door instead of a note; we’d rather just put the “make‑up” sign on the door when we wanted it done.
