The room layout was good. The breakfast was sparse.

“Wonderful, a 10/10 stay”

The apartment was immaculate, with a very comfortable bed, cozy lighting everywhere, a large balcony, blackout blinds for good sleep, AC, complimentary snacks and drinks, and a jacuzzi whose water temperature could be adjusted—unlike what other reviews claim. The host was very helpful and caring. Breakfast was available at a nearby café (2 minutes walk), offering a croissant and coffee, which added to an already great stay. I’d definitely return if I ever go back to Monopoli. The only downside was the location: it’s a 14‑minute walk to the train station and about a 20‑minute walk to the old town, but that won’t stop me from choosing this apartment again.
