The location of this hotel is great – it's quiet and in a good spot. However, the staff seem to be overworked and can be a bit slow to respond. You need to be patient when dealing with them, but they're friendly and try their best.

I was really let down by this hotel. The room didn't match the photos at all – it was like they were showing you a completely different place. The mattress was in a terrible state, sagging in the middle, and the bedsheets didn't smell clean. To top it off, there was constant noise and a phone rang nonstop on the first floor at 4:30 AM for 30 minutes. No one even bothered to address it. I barely slept and communication with the staff was a nightmare.

I was blown away by how quiet this place was, considering it's right in the heart of everything. The location is perfect, and I loved how central it was without being too noisy.

This hotel is central, which is great, but it's a bit dull. It's not the most exciting place, but it gets the job done.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel, and the staff were really amiable. However, there are a few issues – the prices tend to go up during certain seasons, and it's not always easy to get in touch with the staff. There was also some confusion about my room, and it would be nice to have some rugs in the rooms. Plus, the AC seems to be required in some areas, like F Kochi.
